1. Digital Product Notice

StubPlug provides custom-generated digital paystub documents created automatically based on information entered by the customer.
These documents are generated instantly and delivered electronically.
Because the service provides personalized digital products that are created immediately, orders are considered fulfilled once the paystub has been generated, previewed, downloaded, or delivered.
2. No Refunds After Generation

Once a paystub has been generated, previewed, downloaded, or delivered (including via email), the order is considered complete and all sales are final.
Refunds, cancellations, or reversals will not be issued for reasons including but not limited to:
• Incorrect or incomplete information entered by the customer
• Typographical errors or formatting preferences
• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to download, save, or print the paystub
• Rejection or non-acceptance by a third party
• Misunderstanding how the service operates
• User error when entering employment or payroll information
Customers are responsible for reviewing all entered information before completing checkout.
3. Limited Exceptions

Refunds are not guaranteed and may only be considered at StubPlug’s sole discretion in rare cases involving verified technical failure.
Examples of potential technical failure may include:
• A confirmed system error prevented the paystub from generating
• A delivered file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• A verified system malfunction prevented document delivery after payment
When such cases occur, StubPlug may choose to:
• regenerate the paystub at no additional cost
• provide an alternative resolution deemed appropriate
Monetary refunds are not guaranteed.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting StubPlug support may be considered abuse of the service.
StubPlug reserves the right to:
• contest disputes using transaction records, IP logs, timestamps, and delivery confirmations
• restrict or permanently block access to the platform
• report fraudulent disputes to payment processors
Customers are strongly encouraged to contact support first so issues can be resolved quickly.
5. Customer Responsibility

By completing a purchase through StubPlug, you acknowledge and agree that:
• you reviewed all entered information prior to payment
• StubPlug generates documents solely from user-provided information
• StubPlug does not verify employment, income, or payroll data
• StubPlug does not guarantee acceptance of generated documents by landlords, lenders, employers, or other third parties
• you accept responsibility for how generated documents are used
