Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs purchases made through StubPlug (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing any product or service from StubPlug, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Digital Product Notice

StubPlug provides custom-generated digital paystubs that are created based on the information entered by the customer and delivered electronically.

Because these products are digital, personalized, and generated instantly, all sales are considered final once the paystub has been generated or delivered.

2. No Refunds After Generation

Once a paystub has been generated, previewed, downloaded, or delivered (including by email), no refunds, cancellations, or reversals will be issued, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information entered by the customer

  • Typographical errors or formatting choices

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Failure to download, save, or print the paystub

  • Rejection or non-acceptance by a third party

  • User misunderstanding of how the service works

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all entered information before completing checkout.

3. Limited Exceptions

Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only at StubPlug’s discretion in the following limited circumstances:

  • A system or technical error prevented the paystub from generating

  • The delivered PDF file is corrupted or unreadable

  • The customer was charged but did not receive the paystub due to a verified system failure

In these cases, StubPlug may choose to regenerate the paystub at no additional cost or provide an alternative resolution. Monetary refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting StubPlug support is a violation of this policy.

StubPlug reserves the right to:

  • Contest chargebacks with transaction records, delivery confirmations, IP logs, and timestamps

  • Restrict or permanently block future access to the service

  • Report fraudulent disputes to the payment processor

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact support before initiating any dispute so issues can be resolved promptly.

5. Customer Responsibility

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You reviewed your information prior to payment

  • You understand StubPlug provides a digital service, not financial or legal advice

  • You accept responsibility for how the generated paystub is used
