1. Agreement to Terms

StubPlug does not:
• verify employment
• verify income accuracy
• confirm employer legitimacy
• validate payroll records
• communicate with lenders, landlords, employers, or institutions on behalf of users
• provide tax, legal, or financial advice
All documents are generated automatically based entirely on user-provided information.
3. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for:
• the accuracy of all information entered into StubPlug
• ensuring information entered is truthful and lawful
• reviewing all data before completing payment
• ensuring documents are used in compliance with applicable laws
• compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
StubPlug does not review, verify, or authenticate any information entered by users.
StubPlug is not responsible for misuse, misrepresentation, or fraudulent use of documents generated through the service.
4. No Guarantee of Acceptance

StubPlug does not guarantee that generated paystubs will be accepted by any third party, including but not limited to:
• employers
• landlords
• mortgage lenders
• financial institutions
• government agencies
• verification services
Acceptance policies vary by organization and are outside the control of StubPlug.
5. Payments & Pricing

Prices for StubPlug services are displayed on the website prior to checkout.
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers including:
• Stripe
• PayPal
StubPlug does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
By completing payment, users authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method.
6. Digital Product Notice

StubPlug provides custom-generated digital documents that are created instantly based on user-entered information.
Because the product is digital, customized, and delivered immediately, orders are considered fulfilled once the document is generated or delivered.
7. No Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital nature of the service:
• All sales are final once a paystub is generated or delivered
• Refunds are not provided for incorrect information entered by the user
• Refunds are not provided for formatting preferences or typographical issues
• Refunds are not provided if a third party does not accept the document
• Refunds are not provided for misunderstanding how the service operates
Refunds may be issued only at the sole discretion of StubPlug in cases of verified technical failure.
8. Delivery

• email delivery following successful payment
Delivery timing may vary depending on:
• email provider filtering
• internet connectivity
• system processing time
StubPlug is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filtering by email providers.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute without first contacting StubPlug support may be considered abuse of the service.
StubPlug reserves the right to:
• contest disputes using transaction records, timestamps, IP logs, and delivery confirmations
• restrict or permanently block accounts associated with fraudulent disputes
• report fraudulent disputes to payment processors
Customers are strongly encouraged to contact StubPlug support before initiating any payment dispute.
10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StubPlug shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to:
• financial losses
• loan denials
• housing or rental application outcomes
• employment decisions
• legal consequences
• verification failures by third parties
• misuse or fraudulent use of generated documents
Use of the StubPlug platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
11. Prohibited Use

• commit fraud or misrepresentation
• knowingly provide false information
• violate any applicable laws or regulations
• attempt to manipulate or misuse the service
StubPlug reserves the right to refuse service or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
