📜 STUBPLUG TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StubPlug, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

StubPlug provides automated paystub generation based on information entered by the user.

StubPlug does not:

  • Verify employment

  • Verify income accuracy

  • Provide legal, tax, or financial advice

  • Communicate with banks, lenders, or third parties on your behalf

3. User Responsibility (VERY IMPORTANT)

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of all information entered

  • Ensuring documents are used legally and appropriately

  • Compliance with local, state, and federal laws

⚠️ StubPlug is not responsible for misuse, misrepresentation, or fraudulent use of generated documents.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are displayed before checkout

  • All payments are processed by third-party providers

  • Optional mailed copies incur additional fees

5. No Refund Policy (IMPORTANT)

Due to the instant digital nature of the service:

All sales are final. No refunds are provided once a paystub has been generated or delivered.

Exceptions may be made at StubPlug’s sole discretion for technical failures.

6. Delivery

  • Digital PDFs are delivered instantly after payment

  • Email delivery depends on email provider and spam filters

  • Mailed copies (if selected) are processed within 3–5 business days

StubPlug is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect email addresses

  • Spam filtering

  • Postal service delays

7. Limitation of Liability

StubPlug shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses

  • Loan denials

  • Employment decisions

  • Legal consequences

  • Third-party verification outcomes

Use of StubPlug is at your own risk.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use StubPlug to:

  • Commit fraud

  • Misrepresent income or employment unlawfully

  • Violate any applicable laws

We reserve the right to refuse service.

All website content, branding, and software belong to StubPlug and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Printed Copies (Optional Service)
If a customer selects an optional mailed copy, StubPlug will mail the paystub to the provided address. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. StubPlug is not responsible for postal delays, incorrect addresses, or third-party delivery issues.
